  • Uploaded Content and Conversations
    All uploaded documents, chat messages, generated policies, and related outputs are stored securely and associated with your organization’s workspace. These are only accessible to users authorized within your organization.

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provision and manage user accounts
  • To analyze token usage and generate reports
  • To process compliance assessments and generate policies
  • To improve our AI models (only in aggregate, anonymized form if permitted)
  • To provide customer support and notify users of system updates

4. User Data Responsibilities

Users must not upload the following without a separate written agreement:

  • Personally identifiable information (PII) subject to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or other privacy laws

  • Confidential or regulated information outside of agreed data-sharing scopes

BLodgic Inc. disclaims liability for the unauthorized submission of such data.

Audit CADDIE is hosted using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. All customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls, audit trails, and logging are enforced.

However, no system is completely immune to threats, and users accept the risks associated with internet-based applications.

We use session-based cookies and access tokens to maintain user sessions and ensure secure workflows. Disabling cookies may degrade functionality

8. Data Retention

We retain user content, logs, and profile data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable time thereafter to support compliance reviews, legal requests, and account reactivation.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and operational constraints.

Audit CADDIE is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
